District Administration, Boudh is gearing itself to implement various E-Governance projects in the district.

National Informatics Centre,District Unit, Boudh is playing the pivotal role in implementation of different E-Governance projects. The NIC , Dist. Unit equipped with latest  state of the art technology provides informatics support to the district administration. Various in house MIS ,DSS, projects have been developed at the district unit to cater to the needs of the district administration. The Dist unit gives emphasis on training to the staff of the  user department for smooth transition from traditional system to computerized system. With the use of NICNET the district unit helps the administration in sending and receiving  various reports in time.

Under the technical assistance of NIC all the land records of the district have been computerised in time and the computer cell of all the tahasils are in operation. All the blocks of the district are going to be computerized very shortly. The District Treasury  will also  be computerized with the technical support of NIC very soon. . Computerisation of District Registry Office is also in the pipeline.

Several Offices of the district have been equipped with computers as a part of e-governace initiative of Govt. of Orissa.  Setting up of information kiosk and computerization of GramPanchayat are some of  the E-Governance initiative  on the agenda of the  District Administration.
